If for example i take SATII math IIC and score 700+ and raise my SAT to 2000+.

would that change my chances?

i think if you raise your sat to at least 2000 it would def raise your chances. in my opinion you have a good shot for sure at uci, ucsb, ucd, ucsc, ucr

I really want to go to UCSD. But I guess if not that, i'd take UCI. Those two schools are what i am aiming for. Also, what about majors? I'm kind of confused about majors i should choose for those schools.

i am in the same boat as you.. i want to go to ucsd but i would be ok with uci. however i dont even know if i have a chancE? haha

mm i'm applying for the management science major at ucsd.. its basically business but not plain econ..more like a business/marketing type general field..and i live in san diego, 5 min from ucsd so i know teh colleges well..muir is supposedly the easiest as far as general requirements wise. and uc irvine i heard isn't too bad.. like the acceptance rate is 50% but ucsd is supposedly 25% this year which is pretty damn competitive compared to last years 40% acceptance rate
