UC chances?

Could anyone please evaluate my chances for University of Southern California? Thanks.

UC GPA: 4.4-I'm hoping USC calculates it like UCB and others
SAT1: math 710, verbal 630
ACT: math 34; english 34; science: 26; reading: 26
class rank: 51 out of 430(i know, really bad! but better than 140 -thats what I started out with 1st year)
top 10% for soph. and jun. years
IB certificate in Calculus BC and English 4
took precal in sophomore year, and have takest hardest possible curriculum at my school with exception of IB diploma
scored 4 on ap english, 3 on us history

Awards:National Merit Commended Scholar, science bowl varsity team 5th place in state, around 5 other awards

ECs: average- National Honor Society, Math Club, Comp Club network administrator(currently designing school's website), etc...

community service- around 60 hours

currently working 6 hrs a week

Also I have solid essays and rec. Oh and I'm asian..... Thanks

well id have to say that UCLA and UCB are slight reaches because

your class rank is bad

your ECs lack leadership
everything else is pretty good

but what are your SAT II scores? SAT II counts twice as much as SAT I so if you havent taken them yet, you should start preparing

oh yea and recs dont matter for the UC system

having such a high uc gpa and not being in the top 10 % or top 4% with elc if ur in cali is going to hurt you

they throw recs out so that doesnt help,

if your out of state i would say berk and ucla are reaches

USC is a private college, not a UC.

Actually, I am not applying to UCB or UCLA, just to University of Southern California. I understand that it is private and my title is a little misleading, sorry. Anyways, what are my chances for USC as an out of state Texas applicant?

Sat 2 scores:
Math 2c, physics, and writing all around 650+.
