<p>A UC accepted me, but I'm in a bit of a twist. I go to another UC and for Winter quarter, I was too sick and ill so I had to drop my classes. Then for the classes in Spring, I couldn't take 2 of the ones I listed because I was 9th on the waitlist for one and couldn't get in, and for the other one, it wasn't even offered. How can I explain this to the school so that they don't rescind me. I haven't sent in my SIR yet because I want the situation to get cleared individually and not be denied my acceptance. Will the school understand my reason that I was really terrifyingly ill and couldn't attend school, that's why my work for Winter quarter wasn't completed? And will they understand the fact that there was no way to get into two of the classes I listed? If I personally speak with the admissions officer and promise I'll take the courses in the summer, will I still be able to attend in the fall?</p>
