<p>I've been trying to decide between USC and UCLA <em>shame</em>, and I discovered this disturbing piece of information in a thread in the UCLA forum. Just thought perhaps it might be helpful to anyone who's still trying to pick between a UC and USC.</p>

<p>Agreed with other posters. Some of this stuff makes sense with or without the budget issues. Three-year bachelors? About time this is considered.</p>
