<p>So my understanding is that over the next few years we should expect 10 - 15% increases in costs for the UC’s and CS’s colleges. If that is true will Cal Grant keep pace with these increases or will more and more money need to come out of my parents pockets?</p>
<p>if anyone had a crystal ball to answer the question with some accuracy, they would be extremely rich. The point being, no one knows what will happen to state budgets. Sorry.</p>
