Based just on your numbers here’s my guess:
UCB - Probably not
UCSB - highly likely
UCSD - probably
UCSC - almost definitely
UCD - highly likely
UCI - - highly likely
UCLA - Probably not
CPSLO - probably
clearly your other qualifications could sway the decision. You are a strong candidate and should be very proud of your work so far.

The UC schools are really weird in who they accept. I have seen people WAY overqualified for UCB and UCLA and get rejected and people with less than stellar scores get in. It really depends on who you are and how you present yourself in your personal statements/ECs.
For this reason, it is really difficult to judge your likeliness to get into UCB, UCLA, and probably UCSD (to a lesser extent). UCB and UCLA especially look for the whole package.
For almost every other school, I’d say you have a very high chance of getting accepted.
