UC/CSU Visual and Performing Art???

Hi,
I'm going into senior year and I received my class schedule. I believe I'm missing a visual and performing art for college(live in Cali so CSU or UC). Im signed up for Introduction to Graphic Design 1 for semester 1. I looked in a booklet that they gave us last year and specifically under the course description it says

Meets CSU/UC Entrance Requirement: No

I looked on another page of the booklet which is a page dedicated to UC/CSU A-G Course List.
It has examples for each a-g section and under f- visual and performing arts, it reads Graphic Design 1-2. I'm confused as to whether or not it'll actually count. I don't want to be left out and not go to college.

Along with Graphic Design they have other classes including:
Advanced Ceramics
Sculptural design
History of art and floral design
Choir
Ceramics
Band
Art 1-2
Dance 1-4
Video arts and production 1-2

Do any of these classes sound like they'd pass for the f requirement? I went to go talk to the counselor but he wasn't available. The counselors at my schoolmate their jobs and just don't care.

I live in California too!

Yes, those classes to count for the F requirement in the A-G requirements.

So would graphic design 1-2 count?

Maybe that would be an elective requirement because it would be a computer kind of class.

I suggest you take History of Art and floral design. I find it interesting. :)

I’m going to try. It’s really difficult to get any kind of schedule change at my school. Really rare if it does happen…
