[] Why I think I was accepted/rejected/waitlisted: I'm guessing test scores.
[li] Other thoughts: I figured the discrepancy between my GPA and test scores pretty much screamed "LAZY", so I decided to preempt the adcoms and write one of my essays about it. Basically, I admitted that I was lazy, but I promised to try my best not to be (as) lazy in the future. Althought I put it in somewhat more eloquent terms than that :P[/li][/ul]

Don't be. A high GPA and not-so-great test scores is a much better combination than high test scores and low grades. It shows that you work hard, even if you aren't a genius, which I'm sure colleges prefer over a smart kid who doesn't apply himself. (That would be me.)

And anyway, my SAT scores won't help when I have my admission revoked for failing Calculus, and the rest of you are attending Davis. Urgh.

Ozphactor--I am the EXACT SAME WAY. I had a 2220 and a 700/760 for SATs and SATIIs, but I only had a 3.3 UW//3.7 W UC GPA. And right now...AP Stats is freaking kicking my butt. HARD. I've gotten A's and B's on the tests but I have the LOWEST HOMEWORK GRADE in the class and just because of that...I'm in risk of being revoked.
