sadfish link us where you were trying to log in
thanks

sadfish: That relies on their security procedure actually being effective…

I’ve just been logging in [Welcome to MyAwards](CAS – Central Authentication Service) where everyone else has.

When you go there you see the limited to current and admitted.

After you log in you see the second thing that says current admitted or waitlisted.

?! where do you see the admitted or waitlisted? haha i dont see anything except:

Your award information is not yet available for viewing or “Accepting” online. When your financial aid package is complete

•you will be notified via your UC Davis email address.
•you will be able to log into MyAwards and see your Financial Aid package and requirements.

I see what sadfish is saying.

Before you log in, this message appears before “Login to MyAwards”:

Edit: And then after you log in through CAS, this message appears above the form where you select the academic year and enter your SID and DOB.

ooooooooooohhhh

lol I was rejected last year and could log into myawards. I never got financial aid and the not satisfied message was always there

^^

I was rejected 2 years ago out of high school as well. Gives me the not satisfied message and now it shows satisfied. I have TAG. Happy me!

Is the “satisfied” statuses so far only for those who TAG’d? What about those who didn’t TAG?

^^ I didn’t TAG and got the “satisfied” status. Well, I applied for TAG but one of my school counselors rejected it due to me having too many units for the UCD TAG conditions.

@wwlink Same here. When I got rejected I did not get any information regarding financial aid and the status was never satisfied. It seems that everyone who was denied in the past has a “not satisfied” status. I’d like to know if anyone who has been admitted have the status as “not satisfied”?

lol I’ve got an approved TAG for Davis and haven’t gotten an email nor can I view my financial aid.

Not trippin’, but I’d I’m curious as to why.

Forever Pending

Sadfish, I was wondering about that too. It would seem odd for UCD to send an email telling denied students “hey! we got some delicious information regarding your financial aid! Come to this site to see!” when the site says that it’s supposed to be only for admitted students?

I don’t have TAG and I didn’t get the e-mail yet I can log on and view the stuff, too.
But mine says “Not Satisfied” on Admissions.
It only says “Satisfied” for the FAFSA.

Well… two more days?

Two more days…at the very least.

My “Admissions application decision” says satisfied on the Financial Aid thing.

And when I click on satisfied to see what that means

“Satisfied The document has been received and processed.”

The same thing is happening to me, sadfish. Seems like they are sending mixed messages everywhere!

Maybe they’re really satisfied about you guys… and me too.

I’m not entirely satisfied with their financial aid offer though.

what was your financial aid offer, wwlink?

I’m somewhat happy with my financial aid offer. Since I’ve never applied for financial aid before, the ~$17k their offering me in grants + 5.5k in subsidized loans seems like a sweet deal, but I still have to cough up $3500 in “self-contribution”. Do other UCs do this? It doesn’t bother me too much since I would like to work while at UC Davis, BUT at the same time I don’t like feeling like I HAVE to work in order to pay for college.

@ amsstory: You are aware that the 17k more than pays for tuition fees and books right?
The breakdown they give you includes expenses such as transportation, and housing too…
Just fyi…
