I'm appealing my admission to UCD due to a mistake in my test scores, here are my questions:

I don't have new, compelling information to provide, so in my letter I of course explain my circumstance and why I believe they should accept me, but what else? (I've started a rough draft, but it seems bland)

Is there a limit to how many letter of recommendations you can submit? I looked on the website and can't find a concrete number. (I'm submitting 3-4)

"Postmarked Deadline"..meaning if I send it on April 13th or 14th, will my appeal still be considered if it received AFTER April 15th? I'm guessing that's what postmarked deadline means.

Is there anything that really stands out when an applicant is appealing their admission?

Typically, how long, and where are appeal decisions posted?
If anyone can help with any of these questions it would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks!
