<p>CS is a tough major and your GPA isn’t at all competitive. Even with that great SAT, I think it is a reach. Really nailing your essay could make all the difference.</p>

<p>Thanks NCalRent. CS is in the college of letters and science so it isnt as difficult to get into as say engineering or biology? Also, do you think i would have a good chance of being accepted for my alternate major if i dont get in for cs?</p>
