Which does not seem to be the login ID created.

Thx

@bobrock the student id is in the acceptance letter to the right

@bobrock the Regents scholarship and University Honors program should show up in the body of the congratulations letter. the financial details are under “MyAwards”

Hey guys! As you might know, decisions for UC davis came out today. Please list:

  • IS or OOS
  • Major
  • ACT/SAT
  • GPA
    -Accepted, Rejected, or Waitlisted

Thank you and good luck everyone on your future college paths!

Just looked at this link: https://www.ucdavis.edu/admissions/freshman/otherpaths/
how is it possible that there were only 5400 spaces? UC Davis had a 42% acceptance rate last year so I’m really confused. Can anyone explain this??

@baymom1 Does your daughter go to a small high school? I have around the same stats as her but wasn’t accepted into regents or honors. 4.18GPA, 33ACT. Is it that they base it off of the test score more so/ how many kids from her school applied? Congrats to your daughter!

@ndrhya: UC’s usually admit 3x the amount of spots available due to yield. Not all accepted applicants will enroll. If they under enroll then they go to the waitlist and accept applicants based on what spots are available. Last year UCD accepted 18,000+ applicants for about the same amount of spots.

@randomkid98 - My D goes to a small hs and has similar stats as you and didn’t get regents, if that helps. 4.0uw, 4.2uc capped, 33act, 800 French SAT, 730 Math 2, lots of EC’s including student body president. I’ve seen several lower stats get Regents at the other UC’s. I am inclined to think the essays played a big role, but can’t confirm.
