UC Davis Decision on MyAwards

Actually, it now says satisfied. With the tag, this was expected, but nice to see it anyway!

Didn’t apply for FASFA, but I got the sorry message on the appeal page  so hopefully that’s good!

3.95 and currently at UCSC, I applied as a political science major, and I’ll have met all the requirements by the end of the quarter

@esinger93 how’s poli sci at ucsc and why are you trying to go to davis now? poli sci is my major also and looks like it may come down to these 2 schools for me.

My friend is not TAGged and gets the “sorry” message, but her status on MyAwards is not satisfied. She applied to the Evolutionary Biology / Biodiversity major (or whatever it’s called). Anyone else not satisfied yet?

I’m on this thread every min as well just to check if anyone has gotten in already. D: i’m so nervous.

This is what i see:
http://i47.■■■■■■■.com/zv64hh.png</a></p>

I don’t see a “Sorry” message. This is a good sign right?

^Bingo! That’s exactly what it supposed to look like. And Waterox, the sorry message is on the appeals page. Go back to page 2 and reread mintyy’s post.

Seeing the sorry message is a good sign, You need to click a link in previous pages that link has the word appeals in it. If you see an appeal form and not the sorry message you’re most likely rejected.

Also guys, I just posted a new thread for the official decisions when they come out next Friday. This thread is running pretty darn long and no one’s gonna be able to find it next year because it’s not really meant to be a decisions thread.

Once you get your final decision, please post in this thread:

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/uc-transfers/1490153-uc-davis-fall-2013-transfer-decisions.html</a></p>

Yay. I do have a “Sorry, only non-selected applicants can appeal their decision” message. At least now I can stress less now. I have classes to attend, books to read, papers to write. *** lol

This is how mine looks :)

http://i47.■■■■■■■.com/erx3dz.png</a></p>

^That’s how its supposed to look. Last year, the year before that, and the year before that, everyone who’s FAFSA looked that way was either accepted or (to a lesser extent) waitlisted.

Could anybody tell me why does mine looks different and it’s no satisfied? and what does it mean that it says,
" YOUR FINANCIAL AID AWARD PACKAGING IS NOT YET COMPLETE.
Your award information is not yet available for viewing or “Accepting” online. When your financial aid package is complete
you will be notified via your UC Davis email address.
you will be able to log into MyAwards and see your Financial Aid package and requirements.
Entering Law Students please check the Admitted Student Website… " ??

Mine still says “Not Satisfied”…

@formomilan- myawards looks the same as urs

Since a few of us already have satisfied for everything while others don’t yet, does this mean the ones already seeing satisfied are most likely accepted?

Very likely that they’re accepted or at least waitlisted based on previous threads.

[Image - ■■■■■■■ - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting](http://■■■■■■■.com/view.php?pic=ir5gyc&s=6) So does this mean satisfied or not satisfied? And I got to access to the appeal form but i’m not giving up. I’m just going to believe that it will change to the sorry message next week for me! Lol.

@formomilan

By all indications, your application has been rejected (admission decision not satisfied, appeal form shown). I suppose we won’t know for sure until a bit more than a week from now, but I’d advise you to think about an appeal if you’re interested in Davis.

@formomilan: Unfortunately, I’m gonna have to agree with derse4444. It looks like you’ve been rejected. The good thing is that you now have more time to prepare an appeal and hey, its like you said… you never know! Things might change and you might actually be admitted, but don’t keep your hopes up on that. Just trying to be a bit realistic and give you a clear picture of how things look for you now.
