UC Davis Decision on MyAwards

We should all meet up at Davis once we go there next year! Seriously haha, have like a get-together or something!

Is there any chance that they’re listing everyone as “satisfied” regardless of whether they have been admitted or not?

^Nope, I really don’t think so. Last year, when I was rejected as a freshman, I had the “Not Satisfied” message the whole time (in fact, I still have that message right now when I check MyAwards for 2012-2013):

[View image: rejected](http://postimg.org/image/pusv23bgz)

If anyone has the “Not Satisfied” message, can you please post here along with your GPA and major? Thank you!

@cinnabon, I just hope that trick wasn’t only for freshman applicants, do you know if this trick worked for the transfer applicants last year?

The trick was actually originally found out by transfer applicants back in 2010. And then transfer applicants started using it in 2011 and 2012 too. We’re the “fourth generation” to use this trick lol. Freshmen applicants never had a discussion going on about this (I don’t think they even know about this). I myself found this trick sometime in January or February of this year. So don’t worry dude, the “Satisfied” message is completely accurate.

@cinnabon phew okay, thanks for all the info man, I’m transferring from George Mason University in VA just outside of Washington DC. My family is moving to the bay area and I don’t know what I would do if I got rejected, I don’t think I can do a year in a cc before transferring since I’m already a junior

Oh damn, you’re an out-of-state transfer?! What major did you apply to? And you’re getting the “Satisfied” message, right?

I applied as a Managerial Econ major, getting the satisfied message so far

@ ayaacoob
If you’re folks are military, look into the link below to get in-state tuition

[CalVet | Non-Resident College Fee Waiver](http://www.calvet.ca.gov/vetservices/NonResFeeWaiver.aspx)

@sfs, my father works for the central command at Macdill Airfoce base in Tampa, Florida as an analyst, but sadly that wouldn’t count as military

Hahaha my bad!!!

I am down to party when we get to Davis with those college confidential fellows who get admitted. I might even be there this weekend for picnic day.

@ayaacoob,
Unfortunately, you’ll have to pay OOS tuition for the first year. Hopefully that won’t be an issue if admitted to UCD.

Yes! Mine changed as well to satisfied! Also Had a TAG

Just wondering why did they change all the TAG applicants now? Because I know me and Cin had ours changed a few days ago. Wouldn’t it make sense to Satisfy all the Tag Applicants first?

That’s what I thought they would do. Maybe they enter them all the same day, but for some reason it doesn’t show up on the system all at once. Who knows man. Wish I worked for admissions so I know how all this works.

@Chrono you are making me worried with all this Davis talk haha! You gonna choose them over the SC if you get in?

Yeah I was just thinking earlier that someone should make a facebook group and we should meet up if we are admitted. :)

Also this is super late, but I lmao-ed at the person who said that their status said “rejected **** you”.

^ Im down for that, looking like everyday passing that I’ll be attending Davis. A meet up would be super cool.

Hey y’all I be down too  someone make a fb group now!! Lol

RANDALL: MAYBE </3 haha
