Do it! Lol

that’s a cute idea!

Finally changed to “Satisfied” today. I couldn’t see the appeal form when the loophole was still available. No TAG. I don’t want to celebrate until I get an official letter lol

I hope the first batch of “Satisfied” people wasn’t for waitlisted people.
Hey guys, if you had your status change to “Satisfied” last week, can you post your GPA and major? That’ll help clear my doubt up lol. Thanks!

that would actually suck if it was posted for the waitlisted people… yes please post stats so we can know!!

@Chrono nooooooooo!
We were going to be Econ buddies lol!

Are you still considering SC?

Oh and btw, i’m a 3.17 GPA, applied to Physics.

Applied to economics with about a 3.25ish. Got “satisfied” last weekish.

Actually, never mind. I just looked through the stats of a couple of people who posted that they had “Satisfied” last Tuesday. The GPAs are all over the place. I saw someone with a 3.89, someone with a 3.11, someone with a 3.3, and yet another person with a 3.67. So I don’t think the time when your decision changed to “Satisfied” is an indicator of you being waitlisted or accepted.

Still wondering how they decide who to waitlist vs who to accept though lol.

I’m pretty late into this convo I was trying to read it all but 37 pages was too much lol

But I’m a poli sci major, 3.8 gpa no tag. I just found out about all these loop holes and checked my financial aid tonight and it says satisfied. But when I click on the appeals thing it just opens a page that says appeal denied at the top but it’s blank. Any thoughts? Any way hope everyone gets into the college they want to attend!

I’m 99.9999999% sure you got in lol. If your checked the appeals page yesterday or before, you would’ve seen it working. Unfortunately, Davis fixed the loophole yesterday evening, so all that everyone gets now is a blank page. The FAFSA shows up as satisfied for you though, so thats good!

Two more dayzzzz and when i get admitted i will thank you based god.

Cinnabon, hope you’re right! And hope everyone here gets in. Davis is really nice.

Basedgod

“First I park my car, whoop!” Lmao based

3.4 GPA
Communications major
all pre-reqs completed before transfer

it shows not satisfied for me :l

3.4 GPA as comm? why didnt you TAG? I have the same GPA as you and I still tagged…

@kkingofspades

probably tomorrow it will change to “satisfied”. Just make sure you check and you don’t have your “academic desicion” thing under “not satisfied” and with another “not satisfied” on the right, which means rejection.

@transferdk

a lot of people were not qualified to sign the tag before fall.

cinnabon- So I signed into my awards and the first page so before I hit requirements says “Your financial aid Award packaging is not yet complete” Because of that I am assuming it is not going to say satisfied until that happens or it will stay unsatisfied when it does get completed. Guess what I am asking is what does your first page say?

3.4 Human Development

@kingofspades1: Communications is an impacted major at Davis, but you should still be admitted with that GPA. Wait until tomorrow and the day after. Maybe it’ll change to “Satisfied” for you. Are you sure you completed all the other requirements for Davis btw? Like the 2 English classes and the 1 math class?

@tbwiggen: My front page shows the same thing. That’s weird too, I would assume that a 3.4 would be good enough for a Bio major to Davis? Unless it got more insanely competitive this year for all bio majors. Either way, just wait until tomorrow and the day after and see if it changes. If it does, post back and let us know!

Yes finished 2 English classes and math (calculus). Thats crazy how communications is impacted, shouldve applied to different major -.- . Ill wait till Friday i guess fingers crossed
