Please select an Academic Year from the drop down menu below. As an additional security measure, please also submit your UC Davis Student ID and Date of Birth. …

@bhav001 I try your way and it works. So you actually have to click on the link twice. First time log in with your Student ID and stay on that page. After that you have to click on the link again. Mine says “Satisfied” also. I don’t know if this actually means anything. Just don’t want to get my hope up

It states “Global Requirements” so it could just mean that you’ve sent in FAFSA and just fulfill the requirements to get financial aid.
Good luck everyone!
I’m a UC-UC transfer and Davis is my top choice, mainly bc it’s the only school I applied to haha.
I went for Summer Session last year and I just fell in love with the campus.

@tuyenle, Yah, I don’t think it means anything and that other people on the last couple pages were mistaken. The people who didn’t see it probably didn’t reclick on the link once they were logged in.

Right @Daedalus916? You were already logged in before you clicked on the link to see the message you thought was '“good” ?

This is a little off topic, but for those of us who are selected for the financial aid verification, can we submit the paperwork before we are admitted to the school?

On MyAwards it says “The deadline to submit requirements July 15, 2014. We cannot disburse financial aid for any accepted funds if requirements are not satisfied.
Unsatisfied requirements and late or missing documents will delay disbursement and/or result in cancellation of funds.”

I TAG’d to Davis and am just waiting on the official admission decision so I can SIR, and I’m just trying to get everything taken care of sooner than later. Thanks.

Yes, I really hope so. It’s my understanding that supposedly people have been saying that their status said Satisfied, but they ultimately did not get accepted; it might just mean that they just received the FAFSA for the school, but that it does not constitute acceptance. It’s okay though, we almost have 5 days left! Sucks for me since I’m on Spring Break, so I just have to sulk through the whole week until Friday! The wait is agonizing, but I think it gives us all something to look forward to ;

The financial statements you are reading simply mean the UC system has your FAFSA processed, or they don’t. We did not apply so it says whatever it says that is not the satisfied wording. It is separate from UCD admittance.

We were there today for their Picnic Day. Beautiful campus and cozy downtown overrun with students. Anyone going there would definitely meet ppl since it’s mainly all students in a confined space.

Yeah, which is what I was thinking about the UC’s just processing the FAFSA’s, but it does not guarantee acceptance, which is a downer.

OMG, I really wanted to go to that!! How was it and what booths did you get to look at?
I especially wanted to go to the Kiss a Pitbull booth! Haha, I love pitbulls. I was sad I missed it since I really wanted to go. I need to get into EOP after admission to get a discount for the Summer Transfer Orientation 8-|

@bhav007 I tried what you told me on the other page where I stayed logged in and clicked the link again. This is what came up

“The deadline to submit requirements July 15, 2014.
