**UC Davis Fall 2014 Transfer Decisions**

@hopefulhunny how did you find this out?

does anyone know what time the acceptances for transfers were posted for Fall 2013?

Check your uc davis my awards page again!! I somehow can see my financial aid awards now… Wonder if this is good news or should I not be on this page

Am I the only one whose my awards still isn’t available?

I don’t see mine either

If speculation allows–My MyAwards says ‘Satisfied’ for the ‘free’ financial aid tab, and I TAG’d.

Can’t believe I’m the only one who can see their financial aid award? I obviously haven’t heard back from davis yet in terms of a decision. After checking the my awards page again and again, seeing if there was anything new beyond the satisfied status under the global requirements thing, I logged in to see my financial aid package with like my EFC and estimates for some lovely giant federal loans. I couldn’t find anything on past threads about people actually viewing their financial aid award before a decision, so I’m a little lost

@jlt2916 did you just keep refreshing the Financial Aid and Scholarships page…? I don’t see any awards and I’m freaking out!

@bonnibel
No I just checked it daily, like maybe a few times a day even. Don’t freak out at all you’re obviously not the only one who can’t see it or more people would have posted by now. Mine must be a fluke and idk what to think of it

I can see my financial aid package too. The shopping sheet looks exactly the same as the one from UCSB, where I got officially accepted. Maybe it’s showing it for Davis because I TAGed?

Also, when I clicked on awards, it shows 2 Loans, and it says it was last updated on 4/10/2014

I didn’t tag

Mine is still saying that financial aid is unavailable. That’s a bummer.

@peacelovescience‌ I just called the financial aid office today because I am having the same issue. The lady said that sometimes it won’t be available until after you receive your acceptance. So I think we will be okay she said it’s not that big of a deal and doesn’t foreshadow where or not we will get in or not.

What are the awards looking like…generous? If you don’t mind me asking.

Wait, @bonnibel‌, what is the link to see this award you are talking about?

@jlt2916‌, How are you able to see the actual aid?

I only know of this aid:

<a href=“CAS – Central Authentication Service”>https://financialaid.ucdavis.edu/MyAwards/StudentGlobalRequirements.aspx</a></p>

^I click on this link and log in. Then it says:

“The deadline to submit requirements July 15, 2014.
We cannot disburse financial aid for any accepted funds if requirements are not satisfied.
Unsatisfied requirements and late or missing documents will delay disbursement and/or result in cancellation of funds.” along with a bunch of other stuff about how my award is currently restricted.

But, when I click on the same exact link again (while I’m still logged in):

It shows “Satisfied Global Requirements (required for all funds)” in the gold colored tab with “‘Free’ Financial Aid Application” under it and “Satisfied” to the right of that.

Once I click on “Satisfied”:

it shows “Requirement Status Legend” in another gold colored tab and “Satisfied The document has been received and processed” underneath it.

Am I on the right link? If I am, I guess I haven’t received anything either then.

@lolapola Good to know! I think all of these “tricks” people post about are psyching me out a little, ha ha. But Friday isn’t very far away, so we’ll know for sure then!

@bhav007 yes you are on the right link. I was getting that same outcome until today. Yours still has time to change! As someone who called the FA office said above, it may only change after you’re accepted

@Theunderdog1 I’m the wrong person to ask because my EFC is too high. They did mention something about a middle class student scholarship, which is available for students with high family incomes. If I get that, it’d be pretty generous (for a UC lol)

Ooh, there’s a UC Davis Decisions thread… yay!
I’m an International Relations major (impacted at Davis) with a 3.4 cumulative gpa/~3.5 UC gpa
I also TAG’d lol
All these posts are making me nervous and decisions come out on Friday.
Ok, back to homework.

You all need to take a deep breath and wait for Friday. No, your financial aid award status doesn’t mean anything. Chill out.
