Logged in and I can see all my financial aid award information, we will have to wait til Friday and see if I’m accepted or not.

@LadyScholar86 did it just change? Or first time you’ve checked?

@jlt2916 so there’s a scholarship for middle income? But you needed up fill out FAFSA, I presume. We didn’t. :((

Does anybody else see a blank page when they go to “appealing denials” on myadmissions? Or is it just me?

@firefly94, what’s the link?

Where is the “appealing denials” on myadmissions? All I see is: terms of use / contact us / help / my info / log out.

A blank page is better than the form lol.

@TheUnderdog1 I checked over the weekend and I couldn’t see anything but I checked this morning and I see my awards… which with an efc of 0, I cant complain… but then again I have nothing to compare to yet.

LOL, more speculation. Mine also shows a blank page.

Blank page for me, hoping for the best…

@firefly94, where did you hear that a blank page is better? or is it just what you think?

@bhav007, Supposedly another good indicator is through the myadmissions appeal page. I think there’s more info on this indicator from a previous post in this thread and the 2013 decision thread as well. But pretty much from what I read there is supposed to be some kind of message that says something along the lines of “only non admitted students can appeal”. But mine only shows up as a blank page so I just assumed they were probably the same thing.

@firefly94
I was rejected as a freshmen 2012, so I see 2 application term Fall quarter 2012 and 2014.
Clicking 2012 would result in an appeal form. BUT for 2014, there’s just a blank page.

Anybody else applied another term to back up this possible theory?

Edit: Part of the appeal form that i see from the 2012 option.
“As very few appeals are granted each year, we strongly encourage you to accept an offer of admission or waitlist from another campus to which you have been admitted. UC Davis will only consider appeals from applicants with new and compelling information that was not included in your original application…”

@Loyshi, same for me, I was rejected as a freshmen for 2012 and when i clicked on the Fall 2012 quarter, it led me to an appeal form. But, when I clicked on the 2014 one, it was blank.

EDIT: In the meantime, @firefly94 and @Loyshi, what are you majors and GPA?

@Bhav007 @Loyshi Are you guys also seeing “satisfied” under the financial aid requirements tab?

@bhav007
GPA: 3.660
Applied Mathematics for Davis

@firefly94
Are you referring to the link bhav007 posted before? If so, yes i do see it

@loyshi Yeah. The one from waaayyy back in the thread.

Mine appears to be blank as well. Not sure if this actually means anything though since there doesn’t seem to be anyone posting that they have anything different… It’s a recent topic though so maybe we’ll figure out some sort of a pattern by later tonight or tomorrow. I would love to be able to use the financial aid trick, but I did not apply for any. Can’t wait till the 18th… The wait has been excruciating.

@transfer14ptl
Didn’t bhav007 and I mentioned that we had different page for our freshman year when we got rejected?

@firefly94, Yah, I also see the “satisfied”

@Loyshi, We do have a the form page for 2012, but maybe they just haven’t updated that blank page yet. There hasn’t been anyone saying that they have something other than the blank page, so can’t assume anything.
