I graduated from UC Davis last academic year. I got a job and now i am considering going back to take a few classes and apply for grad school. I want to go back to improve my gpa a little. Do colleges usually let people who have graduated come back to take classes? Does UC Davis allow this?

Not if you graduated already. Second bachelor's admissions are near impossible at UC. You're options are to pay huge to go to UC extension, or to apply for a secind backhelor's program at a CSU which are more forgiving of your graduate status.

you said few classes...so I am assuming you don't mean another bachelors. I don't know if Davis has extension programs. If yes then you can try there....but I don't know if that will "improve" your GPA

I just suggested the second bachelor's route as a way to get your foot in the door. They don't just let you come back and take "a few classes" just for fun, or to raise our GPA, unless you pay the extension a lot of money to do so (~$1200/ class), or get admitted to a second bachelor's program.

I thought all UC's had extensions but maybe not.

If cost is not a factor, then summer sessions is also an option as they let anybody take those.
