<p>So I want to major in Psychology in UC Davis. However I heard that psychology is extremely popular in UC davis and that it's tough to get in with that major. </p>

<p>Apply undecided… psychology isn’t just popular at Davis… in many schools, its one of the top majors in the college of arts and sciences.</p>
<p>Davis has an excellent Psych program. </p>
<p>But many popular majors at the UCs are "impacted’ which means that they are not auto-accept. You have to apply to get into the major from Undeclared.</p>
<p>You might e-mail the Dept and ask what the average requirements are (not minimum) for those accepted into the major: for example, 3.0 in the major courses?</p>
