Hi I’m a CA resident college freshman that goes to an OOS school now and I wanted to transfer to UC Davis next year because the OOS school is becoming very tough for us financially and health issues that make me want to be closer to home. My HS GPA is kind of low (3.2), my SAT is 2140, and my first semester of college GPA is a 4.0. I’m applying for nutritional science. What are my chances?

Transferring Before Reaching Junior Status
If you plan to apply before earning junior-level status (90 transferable quarter units or 60 transferable semester units) you may apply to the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences in non-selective majors (see a list of selective majors). The College of Letters and Science, the College of Engineering and the College of Biological Sciences accept applications from junior-level transfers only.
