I received a questionairre from UC Davis that asked me questions about my hardships , then it had another section for disabilities, and also my grades for this semester. Does anyone know what this means ?
This is a good sign and it means that admissions just want more clarification regarding your hardships noted in your application.

I got a similar questionnaire from UC San Diego. After looking around the forums, the general consensus is that it is sent out to ‘borderline’ applicants, who are close to their requirements/close to being admitted, and is used as a way to narrow down applicants.
I just submitted mine to UCSD last night. Best of luck!

Yah i got the one for UCSD. But I am kind of worried that I didn’t get one for Davis, or UCLA. Does anyone know/think that this means I wasn’t good enough? Just for some basic stats: 4.2 UC Capped, 2170, a few big 4-year long extracurriculars. Thanks @Gumbymom @mash97
@jackisawesome the questionnaires are also to differentiate between similar students as well as add to ‘borderline’ applicants. I didn’t get one for Davis or UCLA either. I looked around and my stats were high for davis as are yours but I’m not feeling too good about UCLA. Best of luck!
