UC Davis TAG candidate

I tried looking for other students with a similar situation but couldn't so here goes my problem.

I was recently approved by UC Davis for a TAG into Chemical Engineering. The TAG agreement also included four courses that I had planned on taking during Spring 2012 semester. Spring semester being my last semester before I transfer. All the four courses are listed as required by my major. Now the problem is that I cannot take one of the courses (Materials of Engineering) due to a schedule conflict with other courses. I tried my best by talking to the instructor and looked into other nearby colleges but could not find a solution.

Currently I have a 3.65 GPA and have finished all the Math series (Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra), Chemistry (Inorganic and Organic). Not including the one course that I cant take, I will be transferring with 129 Quarter (86 semester) units. Except for this one course I will have fulfilled all the requirements for my major by the time I transfer.

Will I still be eligible for the TAG? What about regular admission?
