<p>UC Davis is my dream school but I was rejected from there and admitted to UC Irvine. I SIR’d to UCI but after visiting it, I had a change of mind and don’t want to go there anymore. Now I want to do the TAG Program for UCD and go for my dream. I will cancel my SIR to UCI but will that jeopardize my chances of UCD since the TAG program doesn’t allow you to be enrolled into a four year university? Or will cancelling the SIR solve that problem?</p>
<p>If you cancel your SIR it won’t be a problem. You could always go to Sac City College and take classes on the UC Davis campus. I know people who are doing that.</p>

<p>also, do you think going to a cc is the right choice for me? i also got accepted into uc santa barbara but i dont like its party school reputation. i also dont want to live in socal cause i hate hot weather</p>

doing it with my best friend (same major, cc, dream school)
save money (but my uc financial aid covers most of tution)
will go to my dream school
didnt like irvine</p>

stressful with worrying about classes i take
have to buy a car now
only get to be at davis for 2 years then also worry about grad school
have to stay at home for another 2 years</p>
