<p>I just read on their website that they received 7,000+ transfer applications but there are only 1,800 spaces. 85-90% of those spaces will be filled with California residents while everyone else will be mostly left out in the cold (cries).</p>
<p>Which makes me upset... for a couple reasons. First, the original deadline was Nov 30th, and just because they weren't satisfied with the applications they got, they extended the deadline to Dec 30th, and then to January 30th. Making it hard for people that applied on time to get in.</p>
<p>Anyone here a transfer student that applied to UC Davis? Have you been admitted or denied yet? And are you a California resident or out of state?</p>
