UC Davis vs Georgia Tech

I am a international student first year in UC Davis majoring in Applied Mathematics and planning to double major with Computer Science (or something similar). I got accepted to UC Davis and got accepted to the Arts & Sciences Pathway Program for Georgia Tech. I am not sure which if to remain at UC Davis or transfer to Georgia Tech. If I decide to remain at UC Davis, I will have to pay for a higher tuition and other higher costs (such as plane tickets) but I miss out on the opportunities for internships and connections within the UC system and the relations I have already made at UC Davis with seniors and professors. If I transfer to GA Tech, I will have to readjust into life in Georgia but benefit from a cheaper tuition. What do you guys think I should do?

You can’t get into CS at GT through the “arts and sciences pathway” read the fine print.
