What's your GPA? If it's decent, say at least 3.8 UC weighted, you're in at UC Davis. UCB and UCLA are slight reaches and UCSD is possibly a match. For all the others, chances are high that you're gonna get in.

I have an unweighted 3.5 gpa, excellent EC's, and im an 06'er so i havent taken the SAT's yet... what do you think my chances are at each of the UC's? could someone help me out please? Im freaking out!

Listen kid, don't get your hopes gush. You'll make it, but broaden your horizons! You should seek adventure in new states, new places? Doesn't that sound Rad? Does it Stoke you? Dude? I mean you good seek adventure at my Old School, Boston! Besides, the Red Socks just won the Baseball Championship Series! And the Patriots are on there way to the Superb Bowl! Doesn't it sound awesome? Well, you should look at it anyways, although UC Davis seems like a Perfect match for you.

Hope I'll see you in Boston!

Administrators: I take great offense to this "Future'MD's comments. His future in the medical profession must also be put into question. I'm hitting people with a dose of medicne this doctor will never prescribe: reality. We're not all here to provide false hopes and pipe dreams of attending schools like Oral Roberts or Temple. I pick my statements carefully and although my ridiculos attendance at various university's reflects my old age and bad academic standing (i use the term graduate loosely). But I'm glad futureMD is concerned with people's feelings...he may have a future at being some sort of motivational "doctor" But what do I know?
