<p>Because they receive more applications than any other school, so it takes more time to review.</p>
<p>Plus, the "better" the school is, the more it is the student's first choice, so students will die to know the decision. So Berkeley and UCLA are sort of giving us the opportunity to feel the "thrill" while we wait. The longer we wait, the more we want to figure out, and the happier we get once we get our acceptance letter.</p>
