UC decision dates...

I <3 Business Law.

hey hobo the USC admission log in is..

http://sig.usc.edu/

I've heard a lot of people had trouble w/ the log in, but it worked for me.

thanks alot.. I hope we get into USC soon.

Two years ago, freshmen admission decision came late. However, those students who were admitted were able to create a UCLA account using their student ID even b4 the official decisions were released. Keep that in mind guys.

cool beans highschoolda!

Cool beans indeed.

sniff i feel like a student

slow day. I might have to do the countdown at midnight as i stay up to study for exams.

I just have a quick question; hope you guys would help me out. Would it be better for me to get IGETC certified by fall, or wait until spring and finish it all?

Thanks

well UC application just asks one thing about IGETC on the application.

This is straight from the application, "Will you complete the IGETC?"

Yeah u always wanna have things done as soon as possible, i guess.

The thing u should know is for UCLA, the impacted majors stress having completed all/most lower devision prereqs. So do those, if that applies to u. And make sure u get ur english and math done soon.

Davis: March 15-April 30 (3 days to go)
San Diego: March 15-April 30 (3 days to go)
Santa Barbara: March 17-April 30 (5 days to go)
Santa Cruz: March 15-April 30 (3 days to go)

Los Angeles: April 30->> (49 days to go)
Berkeley: May 1 (50 days to go)

happy sunday everyone.
Irvine: March 1-April 30 (BEGUN)
Merced: March 1-March 31 (BEGUN)
Riverside: March 1-April 30 (BEGUN)

I'm kinda bummed that I haven't heard from Riverside yet. I don't even want to go there, but I SERIOUSLY need the boost in confidence. The delay doesn't give me much hope for hearing promptly from the other UCs.

Same here except that I am waiting on UCI's notification. Sigh

I'm bored, but I need to catch up with my classes.

Me too with the catching up. for some reason I have absolutely no motivation or interest in school this semester. I've never felt this way before, I just feel.....empty. I keep procrastinating and blowing off minor assignments (partially because I have teachers who don't care all that much). I know that I need to keep my grades up this semester, but I just can't bring myself to care about school. It's really weird.

senioritis version 2

Yea, same here. What I do to boost up my confidence and motivation is visit UCLA and walk around the campus. I like to familiarize myself with the area and feel like I am a student there even though I am not. :( Yea, it sounds stupid but it boosts up my motivation to do well in school because I know that someday UCLA will be my second home. I tried to do the same with UCI's campus and it just wasn't the same. You should try it out sometime.

since there is like nowhere to park at ucla, doesn't parking cost eight bucks?

I complain all the time about smc parking which is horrible. But if u come at 8 in the morining to smc, u'll get parking and it will cost u 70 bucks for 16 weeks. Or u could park 10-15 mins off campus and walk.

At ucla, it costs like 200-300 hundred per quarter and it's hard to get parking.

Yeah, good thing I have class at 8:00am at SMC. I arrive around 7:20am and there's always parking available. But I leave SMC at 11:00am and it's really tough to get out of that parking lot haha.

Yes, it is very difficult to find parking at most times of the day. What I do is park on...crap I forgot the name of the street but it connects to Gayley St. Anyways, I park about 1 block away from the campus and just walk. I get a good amount of exercise all while visiting the university of my dreams. hehe.

I wish I lived near UCLA, I've never been there. I've been to Berkeley several times because I live half an hour north of there. It's a beautiful campus. I saw Bob Dylan there last year which was pretty cool. Maybe I'll visit the campus before I go into San Francisco for St. Patrick's day.
