<p>Those of you wondering about difference between intercampus UC transfers and CCC transfers:</p>

<p>I am tryign to transfer from UCSC to either Davis and Berkeley. I called both counselling offices and they both had pretty much the same thing to say. The Inter-UC transfers are not compared with CCC transfers. Its two different quotas. A CCC student with a 3.6 isn't necessarily better of than a UC student with 3.6, or vice versa. It all depends on the independant applicant pools. A 3.6 maybe a high gpa for the UC applicant pool whereas a 3.6 might be low for the CCC applicant pool. These numbers are arbitrary, I am just making up an example. </p>
