Just not fast enough.

1 UC thread or 5,000 UCSD threads? lol

lol. good point.

good measure, for prosperity, i got into UCSD! April 2, 2008. how exciting.

Congrats, xleper! So did I.
Which college in SD?

I remember reading the differences between the 6 colleges in SD. Does anyone know the link to the thread? It's driving me crazy. I've been searching forever.

Thanks Lackofsense! Congrats!

I can tell you what I know about the schools. For a good idea to see what you have to do when you GET there, look at the UCSD TAG sheet (it applies to all, not just TAG students).

Warren just asks for two upper division courses that are unrelated to your major. Muir asks for a Muir writing course (not TOO bad, I hear). THat's all I know about what you have to do when you get there, to graduate from that college.

Revelle, Marshall and Roosevelt are infamous for having people stay for 5 or in my cousin's case, 7 years (she's entered as a freshman). Revelle is best known for pre-med's and Marshall is good for biological research scientist (this is what i hear, don't trust me completely, lol). I know nothing of Roosevelt, apologies.

Warren has a lot of Engineering majors. Muir is known for having non-science majors (such as mine, philosophy). I am also not sure about 6th. It is the newest college and it isn't really set or known for anything yet.

I got into Muir, my #1 choice. What about you?

Thanks you for that, xleper. I got into Marshall. eh..

Now that SD is out of the way, it's time for the final 2. Anxiety level UP!!

My friend, with a 4.0 GPA, just got accepted to UCI today.

I got accepted to SB yesterday so it's all good!

28 days til Cal people! We're past the 30-day mark...

wow only 28days for Cal? it's getting intense!

now i can rest easy. i don't need to count down. if i don't pay enough attention, i can wake up one day and find it to be May 1.

yeah, i'm not checking UCB admissions until May 1, late morning-afternoon. No need to get emotionally distraught when they don't post my admission decision at 2 AM.

it is going be be very tough xleper...
