UC Decisions= Help me

Alright I need help on what I should do, I am not sure. I got into uc davis, sb, Irvine and cal poly as a transfer student for pol sci. They are all good schools and I am sure they all have pretty strait forward poli sci departments. I would be happy going to any of those schools. What would be my best decision?

Depends on a number of factors. Do you want to be close to home? Do you want to have a support network of people you already know? What kind of 'college' experience are you looking for? There's a ton of questions you need to ask yourself. No one else can decide for you...

Being close to home (poly) isn't the most important issue, I am willing to move away. Although it might be better because to live with my parents would mean that I will have more chances to save up money to study abroad and intern in DC. Yeah, you're right, I need to weigh out the positive and negatives for myself. I am just not sure where to go. Am I the only person who is having a hard time deciding?

Well, my time deciding just got easier now that UCLA rejected me lol

I interned in DC for a Congresswoman after graduating from Cal Poly. I had a great time, probably the best of my life actually, and it really adds a lot to your resume. Definitely do that if you have the chance.

As far as schools go, CP was excellent, but I don't have any personal experience with the other schools. The UCDC Program, of course, is a very common way to get out to DC, and they provide you with VERY nice hosuing while you are there. :)
