<p>Ok, im hearing a lot about how Cali’s economy has affected their UC acceptance rates…but i heard both sides of the story. Some people are saying their accepting more OOS, other say they’re limiting OOS. Which one is it!!!</p>

<p>lower general acceptance rates and admitting more OOS students aren’t mutually exclusive. I believe that both are true.</p>
<p>I haven’t heard that they are lowering the number of OOS students admitted anywhere. However, I have heard that several UC campuses are considering admitting more.</p>
<p>They’re definitely admitting more. With our state’s budget crisis OOS students will bring in more revenue.</p>
