<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I understand that the UCs do not require Letters of Rec. but I can obtain stellar recommendations from both my teachers and internship supervisor. Would sending a letter of rec. benefit me in anyway or would they look down upon it as “not following directions”?</p>

<p>Don't bother. I remember asking this question. They'll just throw it away so save your recs for the private schools</p>
