I heard there was a thing for calculating your UC gpa... im having trouble finding it. Would someone be kind enough to link me to the page?

thanks

darn, still cant find it

help.. please?

I don't know of a link to it, but here's how it works:

A=5, B=4, C=2, D/F=0 [I'm pretty sure these are the values]

Only weight AP/IB and UC-approved honors courses (many honors courses aren't approved)

Only weight up to 8 semesters (4 year-long courses)

for regular courses:
A-4
B-3
C-2
D-1
for honors/ap:
A-5
B-4
C-3
D-2

Calculate your gpa based only on your sophomore and junior year grades. Use AP weighting only for two classes. Ta-da.

go to: www.universityofcalifornia.edu click on the admissions tab in the left, then on the Undergraduate admissions, and then click on the "paths to admission" tab.and keep looking for a "admission calculator" .. You can enter your SAT scores, GPA, etc. and you will find out if you'are eligible for the UC System. Good Luck.

go to: https://doorways.ucop.edu/list/
only the UC approved courses are calculated into your GPA. And only UC approved AP/honor courses are weighted.
