UC GPA calculation

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I took a community college course during the summer between 9th and
10th grade. Would this course be considered as part of 9th grade or
10th grade?</p>

<p>Also, I noticed that the UCs do not consider non-academic classes such
as PE and Health when calculating GPA. Are Marching band and Symphonic
band also considered “non-academic” courses?</p>

<p>The grade you received for the community college course would be considered a grade you received your sophomore year.</p>

<p>The UC's do not calculate PE, health, or any sports/marching bands into the UC GPA. I believe that falls under EC.</p>
