UC GPA Calculations?

Can anyone let me know how to calculate your normal GPA into the UC GPA? I’m still confused by this and how it affects your current high school GPA. I’ve looked up all sorts of GPA calculating junk, but still don’t understand. Help please…?

Simple Google search.

It doesn't affect your high school GPA at all. A lot of colleges recalculate your HS GPA on their scale so that all applicants' GPAs are calculated the same way.

For UCs, basically, it only includes sophomore and junior year in A-G courses. Weight is capped at 8 semesters of UC approved honors/AP classes.

thanks so much that clears up a lot! :)

No problem! Good luck.
