UC GPA question!

i thought i had this figured out, but now i don’t know.

i thought my UC GPA was a 4.07… but included every class i took 10th and 11th grade… including gym, cooking, communications, etc., etc.

but is it just supposed to straight academics? math, science, english, social studies, foreign language?
cuz that would make it a 4.15.

i’m out of state, so i’m not adding extra points for honors, just AP. i’m a little confused on this issues.

and which colleges actually use this GPA? i’ve heard that UCLA doesn’t? does anyone know what exactly they use? i mean, they have to have some sort of way to standardize it so they can compare applicants’ scores…

You only include your core academic and visual/performing arts classes.

You do not include PE for sure. and

Ofcourse, it's okay if you aren't sure what your UC gpa is since they don't ask you to type it into the application. (They will calculate it as they see fit. If they see a course that don't belong, they won't count it.) Ofcourse, if you have any doubts, speak with the admissions office. What i said here is what I think.
