Uc gpa

When the UC's calculate your GPA based on your self-reported courses/grades do they factor in repeated courses? Important: This is not after you submit your college transcript, this is during the time they are making their decisions.

Say for example your Academic Record looks something like this. Note: Let's assume all classes are worth 3 semester units.

Fall
English 1 - A
History 1 - A
Chem 1 - A
Math 1 - F

Spring
English 2 - A
History 2 - A
Chem 2 - A
Math 1 (repeated) - A

Would the UC's view this as a 4.0, or a 3.5?

Thanks in advance.

coming from a CCC, fill out one form at the admissions office and it's a 4.0

Once again, this is not after you submit your transcript. This is just from what you reported on the UC application. How would the UCs calculate it?

4.0 [10cs]

Can any1 else confirm?

Sorry just want to make 100% sure.
