From what I have understood, UCs only consider grades from your sophomore and junior year. Currently, I am a Junior and am looking into taking classes over the summer at my nearby community college. Would you guys happen to know if summer classes taken the summer AFTER your junior year are factored into the UC calculation for grades?

Make sure the classes you take are UC transferable and on the A-G list if you want them to count in a meaningful way.

So they do not take into account freshman/senior year grades at all? And if my overall GPA is calculated with my freshman year grades, will they calculate a new GPA for me using my sophomore and junior year grades?
