<p>? I know UC Berkeley has 11% or something out-of-state, that's pretty high for a public school.</p>

<p>UNC is I think around 15-20%... ok, so I guess UCB isn't that high; but then when I see public I think the state-U system that has about 3% out-state. Are you Asian?</p>
<p>yes im asian (3.85 uw gpa) (4.22 UC gpa that i just tried calculating myself), 1380, SAT2s: 800 (writing), 700 (lit), 700 (math1), 690 (math2)</p>
