If I'll be accepted to UC (UCI,UCD,UCSB,UCSC), can I except to receive come kind of financial aid, or Ill have to pay all college expanses by myself?

Please look at the website for your colleges for this basic information. For UC the answer is no aid. From the UC Irvine website:

We do not offer financial assistance for international students

I don’t believe the UCs give aid to international students.

Help!
I am applying to UCs from CA community college. On the apprication, there is the space of TOEFL or IELTS. I’m international student, but I have been CC for 2 years and took ESL and English couses for requirements.

Please let me know if I still need to have.

And would I be able to get some kind of loan to my studies here, cause my parents told me that they can’t pay all 55k for my expanses there.

Unless you have a US citizen/permanent resident co-signer who is willing to be responsible for the $220k in loans, then no, you will not be able to get loans.
