***UC Irvine Class of 2019 Admissions Results/Stats Discussion***

@Owlert does that mean that some decisions will be released today?

@isaacnguyen Maybe, maybe not. I didn’t get a clear enough answer to be able to share any news. I don’t want to call again (it was so much easier than trying to get a hold of a non-automated message at UCSD), but if someone else decides to give it a try, ask if any of them have been given out already. That would give a better picture on the current status.

@Owlert‌ you still can have a great shot at UCLA/UCB. My friend got into UCB ( did the interview) but just got rejected from UCSD.

Great news, but wow! That’s just crazy. Admissions are all over the place. There seems to be no rhyme or reason! :-SS

:-SS

Still waiting for UCI… so anxious. Just got waitlisted at UCSD but got in at UCD. Well at least I know i got one place to go to. All the way in north though :frowning: UCI and UCSB would probably be better option for me since its in socal. UCI pls don’t disappoint me ><

Just got my UCI admissions packet today finally! So happy!

@Owlert I’m in your exact position. Just got waitlisted from UCSD and also applied to UCLA and UCB. What are your stats?

Those who go in, What’s your major? I applied as a Math major and have not heard yet.

@GianRaf were you part of CHP/Regents or are you waiting on it like the rest of us?

I’m guessing UCI won’t release any decisions out today… bleh

@GianRaf When did you get accepted?

Hey y’all. I’m so nervous about UCI. I got waitlisted at UCSD, and rejected at UCD. I got into UCM, but everyone gets into that one so I was not surprised.

@catkachswimgeek‌ wrong discussion. We aren’t concerned with CHP decisions; only regular admits. Bye

@dplazo‌ Actually, this whole thread is for any class of 2019 applicant! If you look through the first couple of pages, it’s all CHP students.

@catkachswimgeek‌ Thank you for posting your stats! I appreciate seeing the variety in the applicant pool. It makes me sort of nervous considering how my stats definitely aren’t as high as yours, haha! Good luck with the rest of your decisions!

@raf1997 Thanks! I am sure you will get in!

@dplazo @imjennah‌

I was accepted on February 12th as part of the CHP.
