@RN2be2016 and @kgiesch I applied for nursing as well and I haven’t heard anything :\

Is anyone aware if you can apply for CHP once you get in?

@ruetherford:
From the CHP website:::

Current (continuing) students at UCI may apply to join the Program if they have completed one quarter or more as a full-time student (12 graded units), with a 3.5 GPA or higher. (Please note that students who are admitted to the CHP often have GPAs higher than the minimum required for consideration.) All applicants must have also completed the UC Entry Level Writing Requirement.

Will the rest of the admission results continue to be revealed by waves starting this week? Or does everyone get notified mid March…? The anxiety is killing me!

How is the social scene at UCI ? I hear people say it’s very quiet and boring. Their greek life is so watered down. Can anyone confirm or deny ?

Quiet and boring except for basketball games. Newport Beach is where the action is which is only 10-15 minutes away

My friend just got a letter saying she got Regents at UCI!!
also does anyone know if nursing applicants can get these scholarships?

uci is lame tbh why are people so keen to get accepted there ?

@ronburg11 It’s just all opinion. Everyone has their own point of view and situation to consider. We should be respectful of everybody’s choices. Every school has their own unique quality and besides, UCI is a good school.

oh yeah also got into SLO

GO WITH SLO OR UCSB

@healthy98 Do you know what major you applied with for SLO? Me and my friend have a hinting suspicion that they are releasing decisions by college in alphabetical order. For example, the first day RD decisions started coming out, it was the school of architecture (which my friend was admitted to). Ever since, I have really only heard some engineering major releases (A to E?).

Do the decisions start to come out tomorrow?

@jackisawesome I got admitted quite early like February 13 ish for biological sciences at SLO. You might be on to something idk

@Fiona1997 My friend told me for UCI, the decisions come out gradually throughout March. Most are out by mid March. But I’m a little confused because when I checked the CC discussion page from last year, most people said they did not hear back until this one day in Mid March.

@vi0linmonster for what I saw on UCI’s website, the decisions start rolling on March 1.

Actually, just realized that people already got admitted for my major lol. I’m thinking its random selection
