Nothing…
its either today at 3, 5, 7, or next thursday.
@emmie123 ucla is tomorrow!
@emmie123 There’s a misconception IMO on what everybody thinks when the UCs are releasing their decisions. I don’t think each UC would contact each other and ask:
UCI: “Hey, when y’all releasing decisions?”
UCSD: “Ehh… friday…”
UCLA: “ME TOO!”
UCI: “Fine, I’ll wait till next week.”
UCSD: “Me too. UCLA you go first.”
In general, I don’t think each UC would know when their “siblings” will be releasing decisions. They should be separate and release decisions on their own terms, not the terms of other UCs. If all three were to release tomorrow, it would be historic. Though, the faster they release the better for all applicants to have more time to plan out and discuss etc etc. There’s no need to hold out decisions just because one UC is releasing on that day.
Nothing. Ok 3 PM!
maybe it’s coming out tomorrow the 16th, like last year
It just hit me today that decisions are gonna start rolling out and I’m so nervous…I was already nervous as hell for UCLA tomorrow
hello guys, I’m seriously freaking out about getting into UC Irvine. Can anyone chance me please?
Major: Business Admin
Weighted GPA: 4.12
ACT: 26 (it’s low, I know)
Tons of ECs and leadership roles
I have a job after school
Pretty solid essays in my opinion
First generation college student
Latina female (I don’t know if that helps or not ?)
Accepted: CSUF, UCSC, UCD
Denied: CalPoly SLO
that might not be true!! depends on your major… unless you applied same major then i wish you best of luck
What about for transfers
i believe that you have a high chance! if you got accepted into davis, irvine shouldn’t be too hard for you haha
When are decisions coming out??
@jeremy_cohrt probably this afternoon/evening. If not tomorrow.
Do you guys think is Undeclared is easier to get in?
uhhhhh isn’t undeclared the hardest major you can pick for any UC
@UCIfirstchoice Some say it is, but it’s not for certain.
@UCIfirstchoice UC Irvine releases detailed admissions and enrollment data by major (% admitted, ave SAT, ave GPA) and other criteria. Go to www. oir. uci. edu / applications. html
@ForumGuy is this only for freshmen?
@riceball123 I’m not sure. You can poke around the UCI site because there is great information in there. I wish every college released these numbers.
Regarding transfers, I usually go the UC website which lists, by major and UC school: #applicants, #admits, #enroll, admitted GPA range, enroll GPA range, admit rate and yield rate. The link (with spaces added because hyperlinks aren’t allowed on this site) is below:
