I was accepted OOS for my 2nd choice major, Earth System Science. Does anybody know why this happens?
Got in, but at the top of the acceptance letter the major is “Undergraduate / undeclared”. I guess that means I didn’t get my first or second choice major?

I honestly have no idea the specific one she put! It varied by school she applied to. I know it’s biology/neuroscience area. She’s actually at work so I can’t ask her specifics now. Just know she got in - she is OOS.
Likely they couldn’t fit you in your first choice (i’d assume)
