I’m not optimistic. This rarely happens. But since this year we have many many applicants, anything can happen.

I got my email about the portal update at about 4:21 pm PST (about 25 minutes ago) so some are still happening recent-ish

I got into Merced on March 2nd, but waiting from UCD, UCI, UCLA, and UCSD
Just going to have to play the waiting game. You’re not rejected until you read it in writing. UCSC had a similar thing to this happen two weeks ago.
