Update to admissions status
mine says i can’t withdraw my app anymore and to check the portal for updates. so it seems like they already made a decision on my app but just haven’t released it yet??

UCI admits into the University first and then into the major. If you do not meet the threshold for your first choice major, then you are considered for your alternate major.
Not on my end, I don’t think I have a decision even on my account I guess LOL

My son was accepted in-state. We checked portal around 4:00 p.m. English Major. Portal only, no email yet.

If I were to speculate maybe
Unable to Withdraw = Admit/Deny?
Able to Withdraw = Waitlisted?
Do you think that this is the only wave
My guess is that it only makes sense to disable withdraw if they have made a decision. We can still withdraw and that sounds to me that there will be no decision today.

I was accepted for pharmaceutical sciences, got the email around 4:20 pm PST and had the update status in the portal. Good luck to everyone who has yet to hear anything, I believe in all of you <3
