Yeah does anyone knows if uci honors would come out tmrw or not ?

Did you need to apply or do they automatically consider you?
In the advertisng emails they sent, they had an option to let them know if u r interested in honors. But most of the time they choose it themselves

I was too late to respond yes. Does this mean I won’t be considered?

If you meet UCI’s CHP criteria, they will accept you automatically into the Honors program regardless if you indicated interest or not.

So no one knows if uci would release some admissions tmrw or not?
we have precedent but no proof
I have no idea, but if the acceptances that they would release early are the Honors College invites, that’s a pretty small/select group so it would be small.

Hi Gumbymom, so there was no other application apart from the UC application right? Do you have any information on the general profile of applicants admitted to the honors program?

I do not have any specific profile data for CHP but admitted students are top students showing academic excellence, self motivation, leadership and community involvement. Students are selected by faculty in the UCI School of the student’s major.

Not the 18th. That’s over a weekend and no UCs admit on a weekend as far as I know. Probably the 17th.

This is the timeline for 2022. UC’s usually post in the afternoon after 3 PM PST.
UCI: CHP admits March 11, 2022. The rest of the Decisions on March 18, 2022.
I believe Regent notifications went out on March 18, 2022.

not yet. last year people received updates at 5:20pm PST for honors.
