UC Irvine, CS Long Beach and CS Fullerton, do I have a good chance at them?

I'm an out of state (Texas) senior that is going to apply to these California colleges. I'm wondering what my chances are with these scores and extra curricular activities:

90.51 weighted gpa / 3.6

1640 SAT score
520 - Math
540 - Writing
580 - Reading

25 ACT composite
25 - Math
26 - English
28 - Reading
25 - English/Writing(8)

I have taken multiple AP/GT courses throughout high school.

Vice President of our class for one year.

Treasurer of Young Republicans for one year.

Baseball for 1 year

80+ volunteer hours in 4 years

Marching band for 4 years
and marching band Drum Major for 2 years.

As an out of state applicant, I’d cast you as a long shot for Irvine. Fullerton, probably but on the bubble for Long Beach.

Take the SAT again, another 100 pts would go a LONG way.

I don’t think CSU Long Beach is worth out of state costs.
